Marketing Strategy
We do not start with channels. We start with the commercial question the brand is actually trying to answer.

A strategy engagement begins with four weeks of evidence: category and competitor mapping, price-ladder analysis, distribution and share data where it exists, plus 8–12 depth interviews with customers, staff and — when relevant — buyers or franchisees. Everything is loaded into Archimedes, our in-house forecasting engine, which models demand seasonality and price elasticity before a single creative idea is discussed.
The output is not a deck of adjectives. It is a positioning statement that can be defended in a boardroom, a segmentation with real spend value attached to each segment, and a 12-month plan with quarterly budgets, channel splits and the specific commercial number each quarter is expected to move.
We then stay with it. Strategy is reviewed every quarter against actual performance, and reforecast — because a plan that is never revised was never a plan.
